From the Heart of Gemlik

We only use single-estate Gemlik (Trilye) olives from the heart of Southern Marmara. People have tried very hard to plant these 'babies' elsewhere, but they only reach their true potential in their own home, with the iodine-rich winds from the sea. The oil derived from this fruit has both a delicious fluidity and a freshness that defies time.

    Kargo bedava fırsatını görünce dayanamayıp iki set birden sipariş ettim; biri bize biri hediye olsun diye. Bizim evde mutfak şefliği eşimden sorulur, o yüzden asıl ona sürpriz yapmak istedim. Kutuyu açınca çocuklar gibi sevindi valla, hemen tezgaha dizdi. Sosyal medyada şişelerini görüp bayılıyordum ama içinin de bu kadar taze ve kaliteli çıkması beni çok mutlu etti. Hem göze hem damağa hitap ediyor.
